I found Orange County shutters while looking for shutters on the internet. There competitive prices caught my attention. I called and talked to Rebecca on the phone, she was polite and very knowledgeable of her products. I made an appointment for her come out to our house for an estimate. She showed up on time and was very nice. She measured up all our windows and gave us an estimate. The initial sales meeting was fine. Rebecca was helpful in helping me pick out the right shutters. Pricing is fair. However the actual delivery of the shutters has been a nightmare. I placed the initial order in August 2011. The first time they delivered in October, one of the shutters was the wrong size. I was told that they keyed-in the size incorrectly in their system.
