Ordered 30 Organza Bags on 03/15/2016. On 03/21/2016 I was told that it was shipping that day. On 03/23/2016 called back and was told that it was shipped and I told them not according to the USPS website it had not. She called the United States Post Office liars. I don't think I have ever seen worse. I was looking for an order that i had placed... it took 10 minutes to determine that the order did not ship. My card had been billed though. I will never be doing service with this company again! My experience with their online ordering was awful. With that being said it sounds like this place does exist so maybe you can go into their location and have a better experience. I ordered an in stock item the first week of March. I ordered bags on October First and till now October 21 I didn't receive anything. I called so many times and they didn't picked up the phone or even replied to mails I sent. I placed an order in May for a July party. I should have received my order in 2weeks. After calling, I was assured my product was on back order and that is would ship in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I called and was told they do not carry 108" tulle in the colors I ordered. 5 Stars to this company. Couldn't find out the long satin roll for my coming event. Random searching on innternet and located Idea Ribbon this Tuesday. Called their toll free to make sure if they have the particular color, the organge satin in-stock. I am really surprised reading all of the negative comments, as both my experiences with Idea Ribbon have been perfect. Although the website has great products at great prices, the company takes your money, but does not actually ship the order. They do not respond to their website chat option, or direct emails either. I have opened a dispute with Paypal to get my money refunded from an order a month ago, that still hasn't arrived. I ordered 11 rolls of tulle from this company in November (to be shipped to UK) and paid for my order, I then received an invoice the next day for the shipping which was actually nearly as much as what I had ordered but it was still a good price compared to other places so I paid that straight away. End up bought their satin fabric. Received today,fantastic.Their customer service girls are so nice and help me accurate the color. Told by my friends for their premium tulle bolts. Look through their whole site, end up I bought their satin roll. Save me about 70% to make may own table overlays. Ship fast. One thing they need improve is their customer service time schedule. I ordered in February, it is April 26th and still do not have what I ordered. Calls are screened, and they do not call back or respond to your email. It looks like small claims court, BBB, and consumer fraud are where they are headed. The one time I did reach someone they said they were waiting for a container from "China" and would send by priority mail. That has not happened. Myself and several others have placed orders for tulle from this company and had to harass them in order to even get the items that we paid for! They screen their phone calls to avoid having to talk to disgruntled customers and will NOT return any calls or emails. When I finally did get my shipment (only after a friend called and used her name so they would answer their phone!) it was literally only 1/3 of what I had paid for! VERY SLOW SHIPPING, expect it to take 3+ weeks, especially if you use a coupon code for free shipping. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! They do not have inventory to fill orders, charge you for the product as well as shipping as soon as you place the order, then it is a nightmare trying to get a hold of them to get a refund. Five phone messages were not returned as well as four email requests! Took over 1 week for my order to even leave their warehouse and I was never notified that some of my items were back ordered until I called 23 days after my order was placed.
