This company in intial intereviews comes across as totally "warm and fuzzy" - when it becomes apparent they cannot match you the communication totally stops! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and they have not even responded to that - but, would encourage anyone else that is dissatified to file a complaint also. In 2010 I paid $$$$ to become a member. I was promised that in less than 12 months I will be introduced to at least 10 men.... the type of men I was interested in..... I was assured that I was an asset to the company and it would be easy match making... since August 2010 I have been matched with only 2 ... and this was because I would call and asked them what is going on.. this company is a scam.. full of lies... take your money and run and run as far as you can... all I have now is empty ban... I have had a really good experience with these folks. I had a buddy that went to them and it has worked for him. They explained to me that it is not a dating service sending me on one wasted date (and time and money) after another. Been on a couple of dates and really nice gal. Have seen one a few times. I have had the exact experience the other negative reviewers had. I was told that 30% of the applicants are not accepted for various reasons but I was told they would have no problem finding matches for me. They said I would be kept very busy with dates. I walked out of the initial interview feeling great. In the last 6 months there was 1 match that only lasted a couple of dates. I feel duped having spent a lot of $$$$ with nothing to show for it. I have been with "Introductions" for several months & am VERY disappointed. There have been many many promises & no follow-thru. I was told that the first of the year things would get very busy & I would have so many "dates" that I wouldn't know what to do with them all. There has been 1 only. Like I said all promises. My experience with Introductions has been wonderful! I live in the desert part time and have had a hard time meeting men that share my passion for travel. I saw thier billboard on the freeway about a year ago, called the phone #, met with my matchmaker and have been happily dating ever since. This company is very fast to accept your money & not very good at keeping in touch & doing follow-up calls. The interviewers are both very gracious & energetic & make lots of promises but seem to have problems following up on their promises. I think this company is very new to the desert area & that should be disclosed to the prospective client. They need to let the client know what is going on.
