Run from this company! You will see this review in many places because I want get the word out about how bad this company is! This was 1 of 3 companies our state was allowing homeschoolers to use for Drivers Ed (if in VA use FirstTimeDriver.com, same price and much better customer service). I didn’t experience any problems regarding test-taking, obtaining certificate, or customer service as several others have mentioned here, so I didn’t even need to talk to the supervisor or customer service. Everything is done on California time, forget it if you live on the east coast. We have printed of a lot of useless information that wasn't necessary & could of easily of been read online. After many attempts to scan the necessary information to proceed to the final exam they are telling us to fax the information that it appears to be a picture! My son has been working on his Joshua's Law. 95% of the time the progress would not show up without him logging out and then logging back in. Now he is trying to complete his final exam and he gets kicked out of the exam for taking too long on the exam....there is no time limit and he is taking about an hour to answer 100 questions! This company is horrible and the great reviews here are put here by the company. There are 100 questions to this dumb exam many of which has NOTHING to do with driving. My son has tried to pass it 5 times already but they don't tell you which ones you got wrong so everytime you retry it's just a stab in the dark. I read a bad review that claims that other excellent reviews are bogus, so I just wanna say that I am a real customer. I wouldn't say that driveredtogo.com is bad. It's just okay. They delivered my certificate about a week after I finished the course. After multiple call attempts to DriverEdToGo.Com's contact number, I finally reached a staffmember, Norma. I wanted confirmation that my transaction was cancelled. My son took their online drivers ed course. On completion, he was told he would get his certificate soon. After 4 weeks and multiple calls, emails and live chat attempts.... They do not answer the phone, they do not return calls and they don't send certificates. Stay away from the scam! What a bunch of crap. I signed up my son to take this course only because It was the cheapest online. I should have checked the reviews first. According to my son, the test was very lengthy, you could easily bypass this process by paying more money. This company constantly emails reminders that by paying more, the process will be easier. I took this course 2 weeks ago and I chose the simple delivery method which is $5 which said it would be shipped in 7 business days and to my surprise it came in 5 days.
