I ordered software from Cosmi more than 6 weeks ago and have not received my order. When I tried to contact them to check on it I found there was no contact information. They say they have tech support, so I sent them an email twice. No answer. No phone number. no email address. no way to contact customer service. I bought Chess game from Cosmi which do not runs after installation. I contacted microsoft support and they could not find out any problem in my machine. All other games were running fine. I asked Cosmi customer support and they did not provided the right solution. I wrote some follow up emails but i got no response. So they are selling softwares which may not run on your standard operating systems and there is no support out there. Read More »

While working with tax software, "Complete Tax", the program hung up. I was dreading the possibility of re-entering all the pages of data again, and the possiblity of not being able to re-enter the program, after having used the single-use 16 character activiation code. I was frustrated! However, I was able to figure out how to get back in and resume my data entry without having to re-enter the previous data. I completed and filed my taxes easily!
