I got downsized due to the Recession. As a result of being unemployed, I got behind on my mortgage payments and was in danger of losing the home. I tried to get a loan mod on my own and was denied. Bank of America did nothing but give me the run around. Bronner and her staff were able to assist me to save the home and get a payment I can now afford.
