I followed all the instructions on their rebate and the enevelop was returned to me unopened saying "REFUSED". There is no rhyme or reason why it should have been returned unopened to me. Fortunately I influence purchase of lots of PC equipment and will avoid zotac in the future.

Suggest you also buy from someone else like Asus, EVGA or Acer.

Waited 4 months for my $20 rebate. Went to their website which is PAINFUL to go thru only to fund out that my rebate did not meet their requirements - TOTAL LIE. I made copy of my submission as I suspected Zotac would try to cheat me. Zotac NEVER notified me that there was any kind of rebate problem. 

I'm going to contact Fry's and California Attorney General if I don not get my $20 rebate.

After approximately 1 weeks use, the sound from the headphone port was heavily distorted. I obtained an RMA from Zotac and shipped it to them using FedEx. FedEx reported the netbook's delivery on 6/22/10, Zotac sent me an email on 6/30/10 saying they just received the RMA and would resolve the issue within 30 days. Their website doesn't say what OS their motherboards support. I use linux and they refused to help me with my problems. I thought it was a software problem at first so I tried to fix it myself, but I later bought a copy of Windows and found it was a hardware problem since windows was having the same problems. Since they had refused to help me it was too late to return to the store and they refuse to give me a refund! They offered to send me another board and I could sell it.
