It is sad because the site and interface are truly great, but the thing is totally rigged. Games can be for money too, so I have no idea how they get away with it. I play Gin Rummy, and have been on site for a few months and noticed concerning stuff. I decided to experiment since it got so frustrating. This website is a scam. After I asked for a withdraw of what I have won on the website, my account was suddenly banned, no way to login anymore and no one answer to my questions on customer support. Yes I do agree that their customer service needs more transparency and to be less arrogant. GC will not accept any criticism but what they should be doing is taking each case on a case by case basis. An example is that they allow gamesmanship and other non-friendly tactics to be incorporated into their game and they never take action against the perpetrator and will point tot their often outdated rules. I agree about their customer service. If they want to instil a sense of trust then they need to be more forthcoming regarding disputes and issues around money. People spend a lot of money here and there are so many loopholes which discredit gamecolony and there are other underhand aspects which gamecolony allow so you do think that all is not what it seems. Within the last week Ive been having disconnection problems with this site. Ive gone through my bag of tricks trying to solve the problem. I can get a connection to the site, but cant loggin to any a the game rooms. I tried everything... checked my virus protection settings, uninstalled/re-installed Java and Adobe, did several System Restores, rebooted numerous times. I even tried three different browsers! I have never had any issues with payouts when I win a game or a tournament. Events are always fun and competitive. There are over 20 games of skill - such as dominoes, cribbage, gin rummy, backgammon. solitaire etc. Negative reviews are likely from competing sites. Gary Read More »

As some of the other reviewers have said, Game Colony has quite the variety of games avaiable to its clients and they are fun and challenging.
