I have worked with Melinda a hand full of times in the past year regarding problems with my computer operating correctly. Each and everytime she has not only been able to fix my problem, but has caught underlying problems not seen to the regular users eye. I feel completely safe and at ease allowing her to take my computer and know that without a doubt the problem WILL BE fixed.
