I ordered the Circa Survive album 7 months ago, it had a shipping date of December. It missed that date, then it was pushed to January, it missed that date. Then it was pushed to Spring 2022. This alone is not reason to hate a company however they suddenly started selling more copies of this record despite not having fullfiled the original order first. I preordered the Tesseract album + poster bundle. First off, the shipping cost was high but i just sucked it up and paid for it anyways. Fast forward a month or so, two days before the release date. I get an email from them saying that the stuff "got caught up in a customs review" and would be delayed. I read through some of the reviews for Merch Connection here before placing my order, and almost decided against it since most of them were negative. In the end I took a chance since its rare to find some of the items I was shopping for and I'm glad I did, because my experience was great! Good quality merch, great selection, and good prices. Ordered a multi-piece item off their website in July. Three weeks later, I still had not received the item, nor a shipment notification. I emailed them to ask what was going on and they said due to the custom nature of my order, it's taking extra time (apparently they were in the process of finding a new manufacturer as well), and they were trying to be on top of sending updates to customers (after I asked them about why they're not sending updates either). I made my order on July 15, and immediately received an email saying that my order would take 2-3 days to process, and then I would receive a tracking number and my order should arrive in 3-5 days. I ordered 4 Between the Buried and Me shirts and one hat from these guys. Came pretty quickly, considering I live in Canada, so I was happy with that. My first and only order with merchconnection was for two t-shirts. Their email receipt states that they need 1-3 business days to process all orders so I was patient. I have attempted to order from this company twice over the course of my life. The first was in 2003. I ordered a size small Throwdown T-Shirt from the site. I received a confirmation email after placing my order, and my card was charged. If I could give it a zero; I would. I ordered a shirt in May and it's been 2 months without any notice, no updates nothing. So I contacted them and they give me the same copy paste reply, "check with your local post office or UPS", even when I tell them I did I get the same BS answer. Do not deal with them, ever! I ordered a shirt on April 1st, 2014. I had gotten an email for my receipt and on April 3rd, I received a tracking number for my package. I tried to track my package but it would never update. Hi, I recently bought a zip-up hoodie and a t-shirt from merchconnectioninc.com and they were incredibly reliable and speedy too! I thought it would only be right to post a review because there are only negative comments up here and I had great service from this company. I ordered the products to be shipped internationally to Australia and they say that it would take between 1-4 weeks for postage. My products came in one and a half weeks and everything was great! Merch connection Inc is hands down the worst online store I have ever dealt with. Placed an order in august, took them 3 weeks to tell me that one of the shirts I had ordered was out of stock. They gave me the option of a refund or store credit which I was cool with. There wernt any other shirts that I wanted so I opted for the refund. Poor service from this company, I don't think I would order again. They hold orders, they do not reply to emails. Initially we were told they were waiting for "parts" of the order (seems to be a theme), but now they are no longer returning emails or calls. THIS SITE IS HORRIBLE! I ordered a hoodie on December 15, 2010, as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. They ask for 1 to 4 weeks for shipping time AND overcharge for shipping ($9 Priority Envelope? HELL NO!). I paid through Paypal and the money was charged almost instantly. It is now January 31, 2011....and I never received my item. I ordered from this company on December 13th. The order was a Christmas gift for my son. They charged my Paypal account that very same day and the money left my account on the 14th. I am so frustrated with this company! I ordered on 11/13/2010 and 2 weeks later i emailed them askin what the status was on my order. This company is downright awful. Please do yourself a favor and do not order from them. I wish I had read the BBB reviews before ordering. I placed my order for a pre-order package on 10/19/10. The quality of their product is great! Only problem is DO NOT CHOOSE OVERNIGHT SHIPPING! I had placed an order for a graduation gift on 6/15 knowing that I was leaving for DC on June 17th, I paid for overnight shipping ($39). The gift never arrived until I was home the following week on Tuesday. Trying to contact them was a joke because their voice mail box was full.
