My deepest and sincere thanks and appreciation to Celeste Duran (Tax Relief Specialist). Celeste, successfully in a short period of time, negotiated and closed got my OIC approved. I have to admit how frightened I was with this whole situation. It began about 3 years ago when I moved to CA but was never was able to sell my house in another state due to the declining housing market. Right from the first phone call. The IRS wrongly put a lien on me for $349,000 and they were threatening to take my house, car stocks, etc..
