Please do NOT do business with this establishment. I ordered an expensive flower arrangement for my best friend of 25 years's birthday to be delivered the same day within 4 hours of ordering. Not only were the flowers NOT delivered the same day, but when I called the second day because still no flowers, the customer service rep called the so called "contracted florist" while I was on the phone and said she couldn't get a hold of them. Justflowers.com is the worst company in regards to advertisement, reliability, and customer service. They post beautiful arrangements online but the products delivered do not look like their advertisements at all. I called to get a refund because I paid $80 for a bouquet and received a sad small bouquet with wilted flowers. I wish I had read all of these reviews before I ordered Mothers Day flowers from Justflowers. Flowers didn't show up on Mother's Day, I called them the next day (Monday) and they said that they would have flowers delivered that day, well of course that didn't happen. Classic run-around. The wrong flowers were sent to my uncle's funeral. BUYER BE WARE!! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order flowers from this company EVER! The website appeared legitimate, and I used poor judgement in not reading reviews prior to making a purchase with them. This company put me in my Mother-in-Law's doghouse today - my husband is the one who locked the door and all because I trusted a Mothers' Day order to this company. Do not use this company! We sent flowers to arrive the following day, and when nothing happened we called the company that stated that the flowers had been delivered - but this was not so! Valentines day order placed 2/9/2011. Credit card charged same day. Delivery to have been made on 2/11/2011. No delivery ever made. I am extremely disappointed with Just Flowers. My husband placed an order at 9:34am and was told that the flowers would be delivered to me at my work by at least 5pm. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered flowers on Friday, February 11, 2011 for same day delivery for my sister and it was indicated that they would be delivered within four hours. Just found out that they didn't deliver funeral flowers to my best friend's dad's service supposedly because they couldn't find a florist in Oakhurst to do it. I find that hard to believe. On February 1, 2010 I placed an order with this company to deliver flowers to my Grandmother in Hawaii on February 3rd. I had used them because the pricing was right and they could actually do the bouquet that I wanted for her birthday. This is the worst company i have ever done business with. They sent the flowers to the wrong address, twice. The customer service is horrible. They placed me on hold for over 45 minutes.
