Most impressive. I was really taken aback by the knowledge of our guides...especially Yoram our guide at present and with us for most of Israel. America Israel Travel definitely met my wife's and mine expectations. As I have been told, we had the experience of our lifetime. I want to mention that the hotels were great, the food and the staff. I wish to thank the AIT staff for the wonderful service during our tour. I have no words to describe the wonderful time and experiences I had in Egypt , Jordan and Israel . Thanks so much for answering us everything is fine. We had an empty seat going and slept most of the way going home. We loved the tour and highly recommend the guide Menachem we had. He was funny, smart, taught us so much and made the trip a wonderful experience. Dear Kati: well, we're are back. We had a fabulous time from start to finish. Our tour guide "made" the trip; we were so lucky to get him and the group was small, everyone was very friendly and fun. This was truly a trip of a lifetime. We enjoyed every minute of this educational and spiritual adventure. Have never traveled in this part of the globe, nor have dealt with AIT before but the experience is great. Everything from our itinerary to our hotel and even the smallest details were well taken care of. Our dinner in the Bedouin tent is authentic and the climb at Mt. Sinai unforgettable. My recent trip to the Middle East with AIT was amazing!!! Even now, I still can't believe that I went to so many wonderful places in such a short time. Going to Egypt to see the Great Pyramids and ride on a camel was so much fun; climbing to the top of Mount Sinai incredible. Visiting Petra in Jordan was awesome and traveling in Israel was incredibly emotional and illuminating—among so many things. There is one word to describe our tour to Israel, fantastic. Noam and his company are professionals from the beginning to the end of the process. At each step, they made us feel comfortable and ensured we were satisfied. One of the concerns we had was that of safety. I can honestly say that we never once felt insecure while traveling with AIT. My husband,my 11yr old daughter and I took the Egypt, Jordan and Israel tour in 2009. On our tour it just so happened that there were 2 other families with children (10being the youngest). THis is an excellently planned tour. Never felt that our safety was ever compromised. We had plenty of time to shop or go on walks on our own. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with my whole 'tour' experience. The customization that you did for the Eliate tour first, then the Roots tour hook-up was perfect! Not to mention that you did it all in 1+ days and followed up professionally to make sure that I knew that I was booked, safe and comfortable with everything.
