I ordered Skin ID and tried it for few months. I didn't want to give up on it after a couple weeks, I wanted to give it time and see if it would work. It didn't so I called to cancel, and have an unopened box that they wont let me send back. They only let you send back the first box for your money if it doesn't work. I have had nothing but trouble communicating with this company. They do not answer emails, and when you talk to them on the phone they do not update their records with your conversation. I had an account with them, canceled it and months later my daughter wanted to try the product again. This time I opened the account under my email address. Skin ID was damaging to my daughter's skin and when I called to get her money refunded, they refused, stating that it was > 60 days. There should not be a time limit to return products that harm you. Any REPUTABLE company would have agreed to refund my daughter's money immediately. This company is not concerned about their clients health, only their own money and well being.
