The order was placed at 7am in the morning however THE NEXT day i get am email stating the flowers have not been delivered. Upon asking for a refund I get no response and am ignored for 7 days. Upon finally getting hold of a representative I was told it was my fault for "leaving it too late" even though the website advertised same day delivery if ordered before a certain time.
