I've been checking out the Thrive Furniture website for over a year and knew that when we were ready to purchase our first piece of new furniture for our home, it would come from Thrive. We were nervous about ordering without having been able to see it in person or sit on it, but the online reviews and return policy sold us on taking the chance. I'm taking the time to write this review because I'm extremely impressed with the level of attention and concern this company shows its customers. Keyboard tray from VERSA Tables is highly functional, durable & works great. And it is made in the USA. It pulls out easy & hides away perfectly. It also tilts & adjusts height wise. Initial problem with my order, I paid with Paypal and this resulted in a delay getting my premium keyboard tray in time to install over the weekend. However: ***************UPDATE 10/17/11******************* O.K. So on Monday they jumped all over it. Excellent quality merchandise that is made in America. I purchased two Versa Table Executive Filing cabinets and they made the cabinets sold at Office Depot and Staples look like junk. Very very good company, I would purchase again. Excellent customer support (there was an issue or 2 with a table I ordered, but they were taken care of without much hassle on my side). I also had a number of questions before ordering. The customer support was able to explain and direct me to more info without problem. I don't normally write reviews but the customer service I got from versa was so good I figure the least I can do is show them some online love. First of all when I placed my order for a versa center, monitor arm, and deluxe keyboard tray, I accidentally ordered the wrong color keyboard tray. Amazingly versa actually noticed the fact that I ordered a maple keyboard tray with a black versa center, so they actually called me up to confirm the color selection! These guys are GREAT!
