I had a very positive experience with Swan Solar. From the initial meeting to the final sign-off, I was quite pleased. For the most part, they handled every detail as promised. My solar experience has been more than rewarding. Thanks to Swan Solar, my electricity bill has dropped from an average of $225.00/month to my present average of $30.00/month. This is the second time I have used Swan. The first time was about 8 years ago to put in my pool and remodel our back yard. I got interested in solar after hearing a commercial from Verango Solar. I have appreciated working with Ross Reedy on our solar system. Ross has been a man of integrity from the first time we met. He is very personable and truly strives to not only represent Swan well but to also work with the customer. As you know the install of our system has been a complicated process with engineering and overall aesthetics on our 1920’s home. I really appreciated our sales guy (Ross) who was very patient and helpful. We actually rescinded an inked deal with another provider to go with Swan. We got a great deal with Sharp panels and Enphase micro-inverters (with gateway). Although we installed a smaller (1.9 kWh), they were just as enthusiastic and attentive to our needs without trying to upsell. My family recently purchased an energy system for our home (Sep. 2010) through Swan Solar and have been very pleased with the results. In addition, the sales staff was knowledgeable with regard to their product, the installation process, the tax credits/rebates, and were extremely patient with us as we deliberated over our decision.
