It's obvious that they think they are the only game in town for service OR they are poorly staffed. They schedule 2-3 weeks out and have cancelled our service at our business AND residence only to bump us out another 2-3 weeks. Is it really so hard to schedule an hour long service call? Find another company with better customer service and save yourself the grief especially if your time is valuable. Read More »

We purchased our system 2 years ago. Although we are happy with the system itself, the customer service is terrible. Twice we have needed repair and getting a technician to look at it is close to impossible. It is very frustrating! My in laws bought a water system from Puretech about a year ago, and they recommended us to purchase a system. We bought a system on July of this year, and I can assure you that we are very pleased with our decision. The system works great, I recommend this company. Read More »

This company is a Big Joke Do Not Deal with these people They called me to offer a Free Estimate for a water Test in my home, If I would allow them to come in to my home to do a demonstration They would give me a $25.00 Gift Card. Recently, a supposedly college student came to my door to ask if he could test our water and basically sell me a water treatment system. Everything seemed okay until his boss SAAID came to the door and pretty much barged in introducing himself as this "student's" boss. Unfavorable Review against PURETECH Water Treatment Systems. Their customer service has no response or it is very slow respond. After initial installation in 2007, I called customer service and left messages on their voice answering machine but PURETECH never returned the call.
