I purchased an Earthquake DBXI 10" Subwoofer that the techronics site had listed as "IN STOCK". I paid on September 28 2014 and waited for the confirmation email and tracking number. I recently purchased a set of speakers from http://Techronics.com. I was Shopping forever for exactly what I want and honestly most of web sites I visited were terrible! I could not find anything!! I have read some good post from different people about Techronics.com. It Won't be so good when you're electronic item goes bad and they do not warranty it. When I bought my speakers made by focal they told me that I had a two year warranty on those speakers. I had a speaker go bad and they told me to send it back. This was the worst experience that we have ever had. My son ordered a subwoofer among some other things back in May. The subwoofer blew immediately after it was installed by Car Toys. First they said it would be covered by warranty and a new one would come from Alpine as long as I sent it back. Turns out they are not a authorized reseller. Don't buy from them they will screw you over. I bought a brand new Kicker l7 15in 2ohm subwoffer for 320 and they sent it to me and the speaker was already blown so I called them up I had to pay for shipping back to them and from there facility back to me tolling around $100 just in shipping. BEWARE OF TECHRONICS.COM and aka "AUDIO-CLUB". They sell on their website and on EBay as "audio-club". BUYER BEWARE! They are a "bait and switch" company. I purchased an item from them and didn't hear a thing for 2 weeks, despite a rapid ship commit. This is a bait and switch company. I ordered a car dvd player that is still on their website as "in stock" and "on sale". They shipped me a lesser quality unit that costs more and charged my card more without a call or email. They told me I was refunded 2 weeks ago, and today I'm told that there was a mix up with my paperwork and I was refunded 2 days ago. It is necessary to take care of these people. I arranged 3 articles that I paid. They assure that only they charge to the moment to do the sending. It is not true. They imputed the payment to my card and the following day they sent by post the trucking number of the sending. Check it online and there were two income. Techtronics is the best caraudio site on the internet bar none. The best prices, the best service, the best products,and 1 of the best 2 year warranty's which they stand behind. Customer service was very helpful down to the last detail of my order. It was fully informational. I didnt have any problem ordering with Techronics. After reading some of the other revies posted here, I really wish I would have done so before ordering from Techronics. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND I WOULDNT KNOW ABOUT THE PRODUCTS SINCE ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER NOR A REFUND AND IM STILL TRYING TO GET THIS MONEY BACK. I bought the Kicker CVR122 12", Subwoofer Enclosure, Soundstream RUB1.1000D Monoblock Amplifier, 4G Amp Kit. Shipped DOA item to me. Called and received an RMA number; they mentioned that I would have to pay the shipping to get the replacement/fixed item. After I returned the item (I paid shipping), the company wouldn't answer e-mails or telephone calls. I ordered a speaker for my son on March 3rd. I was told this should arrive by March 7th and I would received tracking info via email. By March 6th, no such info was received so my son called and was told the original shipment was damaged and would have to be reordered and sent. I called Techronics on March 12 because we still didn't have any tracking info. I was told the order didn't get there until March 10 and would be shipped out that day.
