I'll have to say my experience with Motobuys.com was great. Twice I ordered a part (Discontinued) and both times I had no problems with getting my PayPal refunded. Now I'm probably the worst at any internet purchasing and I had no idea which "provider? store? website? eBay?" I used to order the parts. Sorry excuse for a company, ordered a 50cc dirt bike for my grandson. Received the bike but the back wheel was broken, the plastics were damaged, the front brake caliper was casted wrong so the alignment on the front brake disk was wrong (had to shim with washers). The company sent new plastics, no comment from them on the brake caliper, and they sent me a used front wheel instead of a rear one. Will not work due to the wrong taps for the rear brake disk and sprocket. Company will not respo... Read More »

I, like the first complaint listed above, have never received my MSO and/or even an invoice for the purchase of my daughter's $1500.00 TrailMaster Youth XRX go cart. For the past (7) weeks, the General Manager, Bill, has been argumentative and told me that the MSO came with the go cart and I must "not be able to find it". I bought a bike from these people, which took forever to get. Then had to wait forever to get the paperwork. Finally when I did, they didn't send it properly filled out right. Plus, I had to pay for them to send me the title. A couple of days later I noticed they were taking money out of my account without my permission through my debt card number they had. Ordered 2XL Snowmobile Helmet with XL Riding Gloves. Get email that Riding Gloves will be shipped separately. Received Helmet...but in wrong size (XL instead of 2XL). Emails and phone calls to get return info. Had to ship helmet back at MY EXPENSE. Had to call/email multiple times to get helmet...finally delivered 3 weeks later. I have never experienced the "runaround" played as well as this company! Masters at it. Received Moped with hole in carton and damage within, tried to resolve this by sending pictures and information various times (they always seemed to lose them, "didn't forward,etc - please resend." This is a get your money and run company. purchase 2 trikes from them in 3/31/11 did not get them till 7/6/11. both trikes had backwards fuel pumps one was missing the head gasket and started leaking oil only reply from owner was thanks for the info. both were supposed to come with helmets that i was told shipped out a week after scooters shipped i still have not received them. mco's had to be shipped back to them because they were not issued for the united states. Did not get fuel line and fuel filter with the viper and was told to buy it my self,Did not get the free helmet as advertised ,Transmission part missing from factory,was told:(glad you found the problem )Temp sending unit not working,not holding my breath until it comes.
