I purchased a PCUSA I-Rocks USB charger for iPod/iPhone from MacMall which has a PCUSA rebate of 9.99. Although I provided all the necessary documents, I was never told that my rebate was denied until I inquired about it 10 weeks later. Apparently, the reason for the denial was because the original packing slip was not included. I purchased an IPOD classic through MacMall, and was eligible for 3 rebates - 1 of which was through PCUSA Corporation. After 13 weeks of waiting for this $9.99 rebate and nothing arrived, I phoned the company in Walnut, California. I rec'd one "hang-up" from a woman who could barely speak English....and then I was put on "ignore" more than twice. I purchased an iPod Touch from Mac Mall on Oct 10 2008 which had 4 rebates, 2 from Mac Mall, and 2 from outside vendors, one of which was PCUSA. I have had difficulty in obtaining 3 of the 4 rebates but eventually did receive 2 of these 3. The one I have not received after numerous phone calls and emails is from PCUSA. I purchased the I-Rocks USB hub through newegg.com, and the rebate was managed through PCUSA Corp. The purchased was made on 11/2/07, and the rebate was expected to be fulfilled in 8-12 weeks, so I start to count off the weeks. Now its currently 3/26/08, well above the 12 weeks to send me my rebate and I have yet to receive anything. So I contact the company through email, they say that I never sent the Invoice.
