The technician was very knowledgeable about taking care of our pest issues. she explained the process in great detail and gave us a pest control guarantee. The price was competitive, and there was no high pressure sales speech. The Bug Pro service provider showed up on time, dressed in a Bug Pro uniform and very polite. OMG!!!! Not only did Scott call within MINUTES of me finishing entering all my info, he was pleasant and great over the phone. He was able to come out the NEXT morning. After looking around, he told me he honestly didn't see any evidence of rodents which I thought I had. He said the rat droppings I saw on my car engine were not from rats living in my garage and that no service was necessary but to keep him informed.
