If I could submit less than 1 star I would. I have never been so disappointed in any service where I felt the need to write a review until my experience with these guys. They came over right away and were very friendly when they got to my house. That's where the positive experience stopped. They wouldn't even take the TV in to diagnose it without a $300 check which they claimed would cover all the costs and labor and that they would be done in 3-5 days.
