I think a lot of small businesses think that incorporating is complicated. CorpNet makes it dead simple to get it done. I liked that I had options of how involved I could be in the process (ranging from DIY and doing more myself to handing it completely over to the company). CORPNET went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed to start two companies (one nonprofit and one for profit) in less than a month.
