This company is the worst ever. The said it would cost no less than $300. They come to my house and say that I need to sign some paperwork. The head mover guy says that you need to sign here to agree that it will not go over $800 when they said it would cost no less than 300, and they said I needed to sign something that said I didn't agree to have the paper work via email. Me and my wife were witnesses to the reasons why prodigy enjoys such high ratings in most public forums including BBB. Each and every staff member is focused on customer satisfaction and so much so that even much larger organizations would not be able to match. I would have bet my last dollar that my review would not be a good one. But I was surprised at how well I was treated, & the lengths Ben went to accommodate me. The gentlemen that did the move could not have been nicer, more professional & sincerely cared about me & my things. They were fast, accurate & friendly. The crew was friendly and on time. I made sure to pack everything with bubble wrap and lots of paper. As a result, nothing was broken, but I was a little nervous as roughness is a result of speed. It's a trade off. They did charge by the hour and we had a couple of stops to make, but they worked as fast as they could, never slacking, except when I insisted on buying them lunch, and they ate in about ten minutes, then back to work. My husband and I were moving about 3 miles and had done a lot of research for movers. We were terrified after reading company after company of horrific experiences people had had with their movers. We were very impressed with Prodigy's services. My husband and I flipped flopped back and forth whether to use movers or to just move everything ourselves this time around. After receiving our quote and weighing out the pros and the cons it was decided to go with Prodigy (it was only an $80 difference for convenience). I got a small studio apartment and just used prodigy moving to me across town. They arrive on time and completed my move within 3 hours i am very satisfied with the end result as no damage was noted during my move. I will not hesitate to use them again. Read More »

I just wanted to take a moment to personally thank all of the movers, Sean, and Ben for my wonderful experience with Prodigy. Everyone was respectful, professional, and extroidinarily considerate. The movers themselves were really nice guys who made it much less stressful. Pablo, Lalo, and Edwin were outstanding they barely ever took a break. They just kept saying they wanted to get it done as fast as possible for me. I very much would recommend Prodigy to anyone who needs a moving company. Read More »

When your mover does not show up and you need to get a mover right now, same day service with a crazy landlord like mine. When other movers just hang up the phone in my face a nice girl from prodigy (Anna) helped me and got me 3 guys within 2 hours. 3 guys showed up, very polite and fast. did not complain about anything and just did what needs to be done, quietly if I may add. except from few phone calls that the head guy got during the move, which he continued working like its nothing out of...
