This company is very difficult to contact. I had set up an auto payment on my card, and the card was cancelled due to fraudulent charges. I called repeatedly and left messages (what kind of business doesn't answer the phone?) until I finally spoke to someone. This individual was not interested in bringing my bill current. Cannot accurately send out billing notices. Notices show total amount due...which is not total due, just what regular payment should be. So if there is a past due amount, it isn't clearly shown. They send out letters backdated. Received a notice that was dated February 22, but postmarked March 16. They really should be investigated by the CFPB. Read More »

Called about my loan, the most abusive Reps you can think of. 1-of them Robert so LOUD, NO MANNERS no RESPECT. He needs to make sure his phone is fully off b4 talking bad about customers. I hear him say (stupid people I have no time for stupid lectures) I was on the phone still. I called Viewtech regarding my account, the first rep I talked (Isabelle) untrained and not capable to assist me with something very simple told me I had to talk to a manager; I was unable to perceive why and put Hanna the “manager” on the phone very rude and has no managers etiquette to talk or discuss anything. We have and account with you all, and she called your business. A woman identifying herself as Anna answered the phone; my mom talked her about her account. I know she is late on her account and this why she called to seek a cure for the situation, my mom was telling the rep about her hardship, but the rep keep giggling or smiling. Be aware of Viewtech,they release info to any-1. My boyfriend called and Isabella released info about my account I HAVE NEVER authorized them to talk to a 3rd party, I was upset and called, talked to Hanna who failed to read my rights. My wife and I have an account with Viewtech Financial, first no direct website for payments, to contact or to review status of my account, we are so disappointed about their services in general. We noticed many changes on management but not good ones. I have had the same experience as James W. They do not offer online payment options. They are a financial institution but only operate with checks. They charge late fees, but do not let you know that they are charging late fees. I found out today when they called. I was told that they mail the statements out 2 weeks prior to the due date. Called today 19 Aug 2011 to make my first payment. I gave them my information regarding my financial institution and asked to use the date as my check number of record for ease of tracking purposes and I don't use checks anymore. Other institutions such as Lendmark do this with no problem whatsoever. I did not think it would be a big deal.
