The technician arrived on time. In fact he called me early to tell me his exact ETA. When he arrived he introduced himself and toured the house to locate the main unit the air ducts and the return. As he was setting up I noticed he took great care with all of the equipment so none of it damaged walls, floors, etc. He explained everything in detail so I'd known what he was doing. Bought Big Deal for this work. Worker arrived on time and performed work on air ducts for 25-year-old home we just purchased that may have never had the air ducts cleaned before. Air ducts appeared spotless when he was done. Great job! Read More »
