Recently my husband and I hired Robert's Assembly & Installation to put together 6 pieces of Office Depot furniture in our office. What a great experience from beginning to end! Talking to Evelyn was like talking to an old trusted friend! She was helpful, clear, quick, efficient and very kind. THUMB'S UP!!! And I mean it. Not only were Robert and Tom right on time, the work - IKEA assembly and installation - was impeccible and completed in a short time. They were very courteous and thorough right through the clean up. My experience with Robert's Assembly & Installation was absolutely a pleasure. My first contact with Evelyn felt like we have been friends for years. Our conversation was effortless and the customer service was outstanding. I called in the morning and they were assembling my items that afternoon. Excellent, reliable assembly service: Robert has been doing a variety of assembly and "handyman" work for me for about the past four years. I was highly impressed from the start, beginning with his staff that provided precise estimates for installation over the phone (all they need is the make and model number). Great Service!!! Thank you Roberts Assembly! I was in a real bind. I just had my office furniture relocated from one office to another and wouldn't you know, none of it would fit through the doorway at my new location! I was referred to Roberts Assembly to disassemble and then reassemble my furnishings. They were courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. I purchased a Sauder headboard and some other bedroom furniture items from Amazon and other retailers. I contacted Robert's Assembly & Installation for services. They were friendly, very efficient, and scheduled me right away. Robert was very attentive to details and after building the furniture, he cleaned everything beautifully. I have used Robert's Assembly & Installation services for quite some time now. Each time I call, the office ladies provide outstanding customer service. Robert, and his crew are true professionals. They consistently provide standards of excellence with their work and are top craftsmen. I recently purchased a desk and matching file cabinet/hutch combination from Office Depot, and while they were unable to assemble the pieces for us, they did direct us to Robert's Assembly. I was immensely pleased with many aspects of this company. The first thing that impressed me was their promptness; I was told they would arrive between 9 and 11 and they showed up very close to 9am. We have just moved from the East Coast and trying to relocate and get all of the important issues with moving the last thing I wanted to worry about was assembly of a desk. Our law firm highly recommends Robert's Assembly. We have used their services since February 2003 (5 years now)! They are very professional, prompt and do excellent work. Robert's Assembly is a fantastic company. They have assembled my wife's office furniture, my office furniture, helped me baby-proof our house, built my daughters furniture and crib, put gates up at either end of the stairs, assembled my daughter’s tricycle and much more. We have used Robert's Assembly to set-up two home offices for us. Both times the quality of workmanship was excellent and the guys even wiped down the furniture prior to leaving and cleaned up the area. On one of the set-ups, there was an issue with a slider in the desk and Robert clearly noted what oiece was defective and, once the replacement part was received, returned at no charge to complete installation.
