Devin came to my home and was very punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I've dealt with Terminix for years and since have cancelled my service. Devin went into the attic and under my house. Something Terminix never did. He inspected the roof and found multiple holes. He quoted me very reasonably to seal the holes and after a week I have heard NOTHING in my attic! I recently purchased a townhome, my attic had a big rat problem . Bob from all city animal trapping came out and gave me a free inspection of my home. he was able to seal off all entry points , he did a complete cleanup of my attic . he gave me a fair price and same day sevice . If you ever want to work with a company who loves animals, these are your guys. I have had a rat issue in my garage for several years, but I thought i could just kinda live and let live. I had a terrible odor in my home and called a pest control company. They came out and did what I thought was a decent inspection. I don't really know what they were doing but it took a couple hours. gets the job done. period. called ACAT b/c smelled something from our attic. used 2 other big name companies previously, both which couldn't find where the smell was coming from. one guy from a company said he couldn't smell anything, the other company technician said he couldn't find it but he definitely smelled something. Reliable, Professional, Fast & Friendly Trapper Jordan and associate were awesome!! I had a bat in my home office. I called the company that handles my maintenance for the usual small animal/rodents for the exterior(Ventura Pest Control) and they said they were booked and wouldn't be able to come get the bat out for several days. The person that came out to take care of my feral cats, Bob, was very personable, efficient, and knowledgeable. It took 3 days to remove them and that was about 1/2 the time I expected it to take. We use All City Trapping at the food-based company where I work, to control nesting birds in our warehouses. Trapper Mike is very professional, and treats the birds with care. He also helped us with a feral cat problem in our area. Again, I was pleased that the animals were caught in a humane way (very important to me) and Mike took them to the Shelter; I checked! After returning home from picking my children up from school on a nice sunny day, the kids and I decided to take a swim. I stepped outside while the kids were changing and noticed that there was a huge dead animal in the pool. It was shocking and sad. I thought I had a gopher problem because there were holes all over my yard. Travis came out and quickly identified the problem as a raccoon. He set two traps. Within 48 hours, we caught 2 raccoons, 2 feral cats and 1 ugly opposum. Travis was very professional, prompt and had great communication. I've been recommending All City to all my friends. I had a horrible smell in the house that would come and go with the air flow, thought about living with it until the rat (i thought) dried up in a couple weeks. Next morning at 4am, horrible stench of death, decided to call somebody, 1st co. wanted $250 for the 1st 1/2 hr, then $125 for each extra 1/2 hr, with no guarantee they'd finish the job. I heard some type of animal in attic. Bob the technician came out and did a review of the attic and placed two traps outside. The next morning, one of the traps food was gone but no animal, so Bob came out and put more food in the empty trap. . The next morning we caught two animals. Excellent service. I called and left a message Saturday morning about two dead animals I found in my garage. The smell of skunk was overpowering. My experience with All City Animal Trapping was great! It started off with a phone call to Vick. He was very customer service oriented and answered all of my questions professionally. He made me a priority and wanted to make sure someone got out to my home to remove a dead rodent in a timely matter. A bird got stuck in the hood of the vent over my stove. Jordan came out figured out how to remove the hood and captured the bird. Terrible service. They charged $150 to come and give an estimate, that would then be applied to the cost of the job. Then they tried hard to avoid actually doing the work. They did not show up for the appointment to carry out the work, which had been scheduled for 4 weeks. When we called to find out where they were they said they were too busy with other work. I called them because I was hearing noises in my attic and knew that some sort of critters were up there. Trapper Trevor came out and went up in the attic to see what it was. Turned out that there was a mother raccoon and two of her babies staying up there.
