We subcontract with Weststar through our broker, Very professional, they came on time called me 1h before arrival, to help us move out from CA to FL. We had a lot of heavy furniture they made sure all pieces were wrapped properly. I was afraid to pay them before unloading but I had to as it indicated in the contract and thanks God and movers my furniture were in same condition. Read More »

I’m moving with this company for the second time and there weren’t any problems, there were a couple of boxes crashed but it was my fault as I didn’t pack them correctly and not one scratch on the furniture because they used pads and protect them with stretch wrap, I recommend to use this company. I've recently moved from CA to TX. Best interstate moving and storage our broker, recommended us Weststar, and we've never regretted following their advice. The movers were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They also provided us with packing supplies to make sure nothing gets broken. They delivered everything on time. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY Pick Up 1)Communication was bad 2)They do not keep their schedules: My move was set in April for August 15th or 16th. I called Weststar Relocation on Thursday, August 5th to confirm the move because I had not heard anything from them since mid July. On August 6th, I heard back from them. We used Weststar Relocation for our cross country move in July 2010. The reason I went with this company was because of their reasonable quote and because the salesperson I spoke with assured me that our furniture would arrive in South Carolina one week after the initial pick-up in California. They arrived at our home in California on the pick-up date that was originally agreed on. However after loading up all our furniture they realized that the truck was not working. I moved from Florida to Reseda Ca about 2 weeks ago. I would like to share with you that I had a great experience with this company.
