Everything was fine until I paid for the gown. Belinda said she'd have dress done in June, never did, then in July, never did, then when she finally sent it the 3rd week of August, she did the colors I requested wrong and is using every excuse under the sun as to why she's not responsible for it. She uses a lot of excuses, from personal health to taking care of her mother. Gowns are handmade beautifully done. However, seller Belinda has zero communication skills with her clients. You must reach out to her and she will tell you that she has been ill and cannot complete your order, but still has your money. You will wait 6 months to a year as she holds your money before sending you anything. When she does send you something., It's going to be three or four sizes too big for you. Belinda did everything in her power to get my dress to me right before my wedding date. I was having a hard time finding a wedding dress and my husband found Belinda's site literally weeks before the wedding. It was getting down to the wire to find a dress. I have worn several of Belinda's gowns over the years in many different styles, and they are always sooo gorgeous in person! I ordered two dresses from Belinda. I asked how long it takes to make the dresses and when they would be ready. This as a customer, I expect the business owner to know deadlines, and to follow through with them. When doing the payment transaction she was very fast to respond and answering all my questions. I ordered a dress from Belinda at the end of January and asked when she would have it done. Belinda said she would have it done in April, which was perfect for my June 27th wedding.
