There was some uncertainty as to whether or not the kit would fit my model truck, so I called the dealer to speak with a mechanic/service rep. After I sat on hold for 15-20 mins I spoke with
a person who had no idea what I was talking about but who reassured me the kit would fit my model and year. Long story short, once I got my kit it did not fit and had to send it back to get a refund. All in all a huge waste of time. I have be... Read More »

jason c. posted a review

I ordered a tie rod kit and was told it would do 1 truck...Both sides. The kit turned out to be 1 tie rod. I called back and was told to send it back and they would give me a full refund. It was not a full refund. When I questioned this I was told they do not refund certain fees even though it was their fault. Do not trust what they say...Better yet do not order anything from these folks. Read More »

Jason R. posted a review

Horrible online/phone experience! I placed an order for a lift kit online. 11 days later the online status still said the order wasn't processed. Several calls later, leaving many unreturned messages, I finally demanded to speak with a supervisor about it and found they were just waiting to clarify some information but never attempted to contact us. Resolved that issue only to find a few days later the order still not processed. Several more calls later and a major run around I found that par... Read More »

RYAN Z. posted a review

I BROUGHT IN MY 95 WRANGLER TO GET LIFTED. The order together with shipping would be around $700. Good money, right? I was told that the parts were in stock and that they can process the order as soon as I pay, so I sat up an appointment with Chuck for Saturday, March 20th 10AM to come in the store and pay for my parts. When we got in the front desk sales representatives said that Chuck... Read More »

William P. posted a review

The following is from the email that I sent to 4 Wheel Parts Cust Service after my experience.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am taking the time today to write to you to explain just how bad of an experience it has been trying to order parts through your business. On February 16th, I placed an order, online, for a set of tubular steps for my 2009 GMC Sierra. This part was quick and easy. At the end, I opted for in-store pickup at your Tacoma, WA location as it is about 25 minutes from my home.... Read More »
