I have been using AC 911 since 2002 for several rental properties I own in the San Fernando Valley, (a total of 13 apartment units) and my residence. I contacted AC911 due to the fact that my air conditioning unit was not working properly. The system simply was not cooling my home. Oze came to my home and diagnosed the problem. Oze took the time to explain in detail the problem and what was needed to fix the problem. Oze replaced a defective run capacitor which prevented the need to replace the compressor which was about 3 1/2 times the cost of the run capacitor. I used AC911 to replace my air conditioning / heating unit. I interviewed three companies and this was the only one that was owner operated where the owner actualy came out and did the estimate and also showed up to do the work. Ther price was fair and it included things the other two compaines never mentioned. Every was done the exact way I was told it would be and exactly on time. I contacted AC911 to install an Ecobee thermostat. On the first phone call, Oze took the time to explain things to look out for with the installation, and quoted me the cost for an hour or two of labor. Due to issues with internet connectivity and the Ecobee company servers, the actual set-up took almost four hours.
