DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a 10x20 white canopy, tables & chairs and paid in full online. The morning of my event, Jody called to tell me there would be an $85 delivery charge - which was not stated on the website anywhere or in the paperwork emailed to me. But it's now the morning of my event, so I'm stuck. When the delivery guy arrived, he had 2 blue pop-up canopies- not the 10x20 white canopy that I ordered. My son had hos fourth birthday party over the weekend. We rented a TMNT bounce house and a few days before they called and said they didn't have the one I ordered, already off to a bad start. They gave us one and said they would put a TMNT banner over it. Fine whatever. On the day of they were supposed to be here at 10am. This place is horrible. I ordered my jumper, table and chairs 3 weeks before my event. They took a deposit and called me to confirm 2 days prior. On the day of my son and daughter's bday party they were late to deliver the items I had ordered and they called me 2 hours before the party was to start to say they had no tables and chairs for me. I Rented from this Company several times, and loved the service their jumps are great they have lots of different designs and shapes, our last rental was a Trackless Train, we had it for 2hours and it was great. Read More »

Hello, I went to their web site and place an order for a super 4&1 combo, the process was easy and painless, I even received a live phone call confirming my order with in these days is a rare thing, on the day of the deliver we received the jump earlier then the requested time (the kids loved), the jump was in great shape and was the main attraction of the party, great time will rent again and again , thanks wow Read More »

WOW Party Rentals is the worst business you can call for your child's party. They are rude, untimely, and unprofessional. Their customer service lacks consideration, dedication and no regards for customer satisfaction. A bouncer that was delivered to us was damaged and not usable. When a simple refund was requested, they denied it and when we asked for another one, they said we would have to pay MORE money!!! This company does not deserve any business!! Read More »

I Call Wow party rental for my son's b-day, we found this company on google, they have a very nice web site with lot's of pictures, my son wanted the water slide, and of course that is the one i got. on the day of the b-day they deliver on time and the slide was just like the picture on their web site.
