The bottom line is that we've never experienced or heard of any real estate agent anywhere who was as dedicated to their client as you were to us. Your professionalism, punctuality, persistence and patience are unrivaled by anyone I've ever encountered in the business, and we've purchased and sold several homes prior to meeting you. There are not enough superlatives to describe our recent home buying experience with Brian. We went through an extremely complicated and exhausting transaction which lasted 6 months from contract to close. Our deal, and it was one heck of a deal thanks to Brian, looked dead on at least two different occasions. “Brian and Dave were patient and supportive Realtors all through the grueling process of viewing properties, writing offers, and closing on my property. They were on top of every task each step of the way and took a lot of the pressure off of me. When we decided to put our home up for sale in Illinois and move to Irvine we contacted realtors in the area to obtain as much information as possible. Dave's website was extremely helpful and from the moment we contacted him he was there for us meeting our needs. I do not think one could find a wiser or more experienced Realtor than Dave Gubler. Every one of my dealings with him has been rewarding. Honestly, he turned me away from a deal that he did not think was right even though it cost him time and money. When I need an Orange County Realtor, you can bet I will always call Dave Gubler. Brian and Dave were refreshingly different than agents I have worked with in the past. My circumstances were extremely difficult as my home was "underwater" and a short sale was required. These guys were so patient and attentive to my needs, I really don't know how they put up with me. The banks (I had a 1st and 2nd mortgage) were really terrible to work with and I just felt a sense of relief when Brian and Dave took over dealing with them.
