My experience with the Mandevilla Condominium Association was that in 2009 they were required to re-register with the Secretary of State because of the change in property management. On February 16, 2011, the Mandevilla Condominium Association was suspended by the Secretary of State for the continuing lack of registration. I have lived in Mandevilla for 14 years and am very happy with Danny of DML. His living in the Mandevilla property is a plus for us homeowners. He cares about the property and wants Mandevilla to thrive. This summer, twice within 3 days, a swarm of bees covered a big block of wood at the top of my garage. As a former member of the Board of Directors and a 12 year owner and resident in the Mandevilla Community in Tustin, CA, I have nothing but the highest respect for DML Property Management. The association was mismanaged by the previous property management company. DML Property Management has assisted in reviving the fiscal health of the association, improved the customer service, recommended superior vendors, and managed the overall pulse of the association with a deep acumen. DML Property Manager Danny Lemansky is a great asset to our HOA. He is a very honest, knowledgeable manager and working partner in running our community efficiently and effectively to the betterment of our association. I have found this manager to be very responsive, financially responsible and knowledgable about all aspects of property management. This manager is also adept at handling relationships with all kinds of owners, which is important as this is a large property. I am so happy with our current management company! I have lived in Mandevilla for nearly 17 years and this is the best we have ever had. The place is kept up, issues are handled quickly, the dues are reasonable. Everything is great! We couldn't ask for better service. DML and Danny have been very professional and efficient over the last several years. Prior to that time we had one of the LARGE management companies (Merit) and they were simply terrible. DML is my condominium association manager at the Mandevilla complex in Tustin Ranch. Danny L. has been very professionsal and responsive in addressing any problems/issues that occurred at Mandevilla. DML has done an excellent job of maintaining the association property while at the same time keeping assocaition dues at an affordable amount. I have been an owner in this complex for over thirteen years. I am so pleased with the current management. Our property is maintained to perfection. All my requests have been handled immediately. Recently we had a water problem and a plumber was dispatched within hours. Danny Lemansky is easily reachable and since he lives in the complex...he takes pride in ownership.
