The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. Very happy with this purchase and the overall quality of the jewelrly. They are so cute and sparkly!
