I have been signed up with Onlycashsurveys for sometime now and have requested and received 2 payments. OnlyCashSurveys, along with Surveyhead, is owned by United Sample Inc. I regularly get e-mails from Surveyhead, but when I want to do the survey I "don't qualify", or the survey expired. (The qualifying questions are already asked in the profile so why did they send me an e-mail and why did I have to answer the questions, after logging in?). I was worried after reading some of these reviews; however: Surveyhead OK'd most of my surveys, enough for a $50.00 cashout; I cashed out about 4 weeks ago; Surveyhead said it would take 4 - 6 weeks to verify it (which seems pretty long...but whatever); Surveyhead did verify it in about 4 weeks; then Surveyhead said it might take as long as 3 - 4 days for the $50.00 to be transfered to Paypal; it took 2 days. I have been taking surveys for a while now with a site called Focusline Surveys.com. They have the BBB accredited business logo posted on the bottom of their website but when I come to this site and tried to look them up by their url or name it's not found. I have had numerous problems with the company behind this site. To make it short and sweet, you take surveys, and it takes forever to have the surveys "validated" and even when they are validated, they don't pay you. Simple as that. Don't waste your time. Read More »

I was with surveyhead since the beginning of 2010. I took enough surveys to reach the $25 payout once and cashout. I did the same afterwards, and attempted to cash out in August of this year. The claim came back rejected with no response or reason why. I attempted to contact them, but was unable to reach anyone via email. One day I got an email from them letting know that I got a $1 reward. Below it, there were some options given. Log into http://rpsurveys.com and click on the My Rewards tab. I joined this company over a year ago, and reached payout & requested my pay I received it within 2 weeks both times, now on my 3rd payment [since the new look] I have been ignored & not paid the funds they owe me. Today will be the start of the fifth week that I am waiting for my refund of $103.20.. I have $6.50 in surveys waiting to be validated with some that go back to 2009.. I have one survey for $0.00 that dates 8/9/2009 waiting for validation! I have participated in several other survey companies, and this is by far the worst. I wouldn't call them a scam, they might be operating within the limits of the law, but they make it difficult to collect enough completed surveys to qualify for the minimum cashout amount. Although at times this company's service and response are rather enigmatic, it is still trustworthy and magnanimous. After working with other survey websites, I can say that it has caught my predilection, mainly because of its high quality surveys and legitimate payout. I joined surveyhead years ago and it was operating by another name at the time. They told me that once they converted, the payouts would be much faster, yet I still get the same "FORM EMAIL" stating that they are backlogged and hope to clear it up soon. Please!!! I've been using Surveyhead (one of the sites that United Sample run) for over a year now. In that time, I have earned $25.60 and requested another $34.88. It isn't fair to call this company a scam. As everyone else has stated, I haven't received my cash out money and it's been over 4 weeks. I have written a few emails to them asking about the status of my payment and to please update me with any info. United Sample, and it's website surveyhead.com operate fraudalently and I would not recommend anyone conduct business with them nor any of their subsidiaries. This company will rip you off!!! They want you to do survey after survey and when you finally get to the 25.00 threshold for when you can request a check, they do not pay up. I requested my 37.10 NINE weeks ago and I have yet to see it in my PayPal account! I worked on those surveys for almost 10 months to earn that pitiful 37 dollars and now they do not want to pay! On the surface, Surveyhead.com appears to be a legitimate and reputable on-line survey company, but that’s until you are ready to cash-out and request to get paid. This company was once reputable, but now is not. Please stay away from this company if you are a newcomer. They are still operational, but will only appear legitimate until you try to cash out. Like many of you, I too have been scammed by Survey Head. I see that a lot of you are filing a complaint with the BBB. What you need to do is put them out of business by filing a complaint with the California Attorney General's office. This can be done right online. I strongly urge you to do that. The only advice I give to individuals who participate in Survey Head, is that once you've reached your $25.00 threshold, do not complete anymore surveys until you have received payment. I requested payment of my $41 and change from them on January 10th of this year. I found it odd that it would take according to them, 4 weeks to receive an online payment. I feel that I have to warn others about Surveyhead. I have been a member for months and have never been paid. You qualify for surveys that say 15 minutes but by the time you get to the congratulations page it has taken more like 25 or 30 minutes. I just wanted to add a few more comments of my own concerning SurveyHead. I am a new member there. They do send the surveys but they state that your payment will remain under pending until it is verified by a customer service representative. My question is, why is that. If I was allowed to take the survey and reached the page that says congratulations you have just completed the survey then why wouldn't it show my credits. I filled out a survey for "Surveyhead" that promised $4.00 for a 15 minute survey. I answered approximately 30-40 questions over about 7 minutes before I was notified that the survey had met its required number of responses. In my opinion this company runs a scam that gets as much free information from survey-takers as possible before notifying those survey-takers that they won't be paying them a dime. Read More »
