I purchased a watch from Gideon's and the service I received was prompt, friendly and excellent. I live in Brisbane, Australia and could no longer buy the particular style I wanted locally. I email with a question about vintage fountain pen repair and price for Montblanc ink, they call me right away to tell me they could not help me with the fountain pen repair, but gave me helpful suggestions. I purchased my watch from Gideon's because of 3 things: 1) they are an authorized Raymond Weil dealer, 2) they offer great pricing, and 3) the customer service from Ojan was superb. WOW what a Fantastic Company to purchase From. Watch arrived with Everything Original: Warranty, Box, Instructions, S/N Card, etc. Gideons even includes the little things like Original Tissue Paper. Don't offer them your business! On July 27th I needed a battery for my watch and stopped by Gideon's. I have bought several things from Gideon's Jewelers, two Mont Blanc pens, Michele ceramic watch and Chanel J12 watch.
