Ordered a prom dress. It came 2 sizes too big with a very odd shape (bottom was much bigger than the top). I returned it in the same package, unworn, exactly as it was shipped. Someone named "Amanda" called and was rude to my mother threatening to ship the dress back to us and vowed to fight our credit card company and not honor the return. I was ordering a prom dress for my daughter. Contact with the staff and owner was very positive. The first dress I ordered did not fit. It was very easy to return and they held on to my request for a smaller size. All staff was honest and stated the dress was on backorder but would be in before the prom date.
