Unprofessional, rude, uncaring, with poor communication skills and hours as the icing on the cake. Extremely poor service. Lackluster maintenance. Bottom of the barrel contractors that can't even keep a boiler working. If you're a homeowner under their management, I'm sorry for you in advance. Zero stars for this company. Tritz "Professional" Management Company, is the most UNPROFESSIONAL a company can be. I have had the misfortune to deal with one of the owners. I am a tenant at a gated community that has an HOA and is managed by Tritz. I reported problems with termites. I called Tritz the same day the termite inspector came to my condo to find out the service status, next stepts, etc. Rob, the owner, told me that he had not received the report from the exterminator. This company lacks the required professionalism to deal with concerned homeowners. My initial contact with the company was regarding a delinquent HOA bill. I received an email from someone in their accounting department filled with misspelled words and rude remarks. I eventually escalated my concerns to the owner, David Tritz, who had a chip on his shoulder and spoke to me as if neither I, nor my concerns were of any importance.
