I am very displeased. I had a permanent crown done like a week ago and today I woke up with a very sensitive tooth, where they had done the crown. I call them and tried to get in so they could help me and they wont be able to fit me in till next week. But since they close at 6 and that's the only time I can get there. I've left me in pain. Ihave been with this office since 2008 or 2009 and initially the service was great.Until I needed major work done, someone mentioned how rude Nicole is, they are right she is very unprofessional and incompetent and a punk. She messed up with my file so bad when confronted she went running like a female dog with her tail between her legs because she knew she was wrong. I went to this dental office on the referral of a co-worker, the fact that they did not charge large co-pays, not the service. My visit was with Dr. Baratian, an x-ray was done which showed I needed two caps. Fine. I went in on my next appointment and by this time I have developed an infection. Well Dr. Baratian did not do another x-ray he just proceeded to start working. He gave me an injection to numb the area and then he came back and proceeded to drill. Ok, I've had it with this company and it's staff. They are giving me the runaround with everything, I want my rights. If there are other patients / victims of this place, payment issues, please contact me, I want to press charges against them, as they said they are not willing to cope with me, and they never call back nor cooperate. ive been going to KREST with my kids for several years and i've always have had a pretty pleasant experience and have never had a complaint about it.MY kids use to be afraid of going to the dentist but not at krest because the dr. BARATIAN is very nice and friendly with the kids he even craks jokes and gives the kids a toy at the end so the kids love it. With the recent construction, the floors look crack and a bit unsanitary. My appointment was at 4:30pm and got in for X-rays at 4:52 (which they do not have the nice X-ray machine that you bite and spines around your head). While waiting for the Dentist some of the staff was, quiet loud and gossiping. This is the worst place I've ever dealt with, they talked me into doing my braces a year ago, and neither the old nor the new doctors know what they're doing, I am not happy with the results neither the horrible customer service, once they have you sign the contract, there is nothing you can do. I don't know where to start. This company is a failure, I don't see how they got around with "A" in rating. Their dentists might be ok, I never tried them, but as far as braces , customer service, professionalism and honesty; they are beyond 0. The office manager to start with gives false promises never calls back. No place nor department to make complains not even a website, they just have rude people answering after business hours to take your message - what a joke- nobody calls, the doctor... Read More »

I made the worst mistake by having my daughter in this facility as a patient, very poor service, constant complaints I've heard from patients complaining about having their braces more time than stated, dental assistance not being able to do what needed to be done at the visit. When you want to complaint they ignore your request. Most important issue, once you are done paying the total cost, they delay in your next appointments.
