My wife and I placed an order with BVE for the Ariel Kensington (double) 73-Inch Grey Transitional Bathroom Vanity Set. The only issue we had was when the freight company failed to deliver on the scheduled day. The freight co. gave a delivery time of 8:30to 5:00 at 2:30 in the afternoon I receive a call saying they could not make delivery. Bathroom experts is also know as bath vanity experts. I ordered over $6000 worth of vanity. They charged my credit card the same day and It’s been almost two month and part of the order has not been delivered yet. Part of the items were damaged and broken. The sent the tops again and they were broken again. They only credit part of my money and I am still fighting to get the rest of my money. I do not trust their insurance or warranty. Read More »

Warning: Bath vanity experts do not stand behind their products nor their very own return policy. My issue was that the vanity stone top I bought had reflecting pieces of mirror embedded in it, giving it IMHO a real cheap sparkling look. This effect was never described in the product descriptions or product photos. spent hours online searching for just the right vanity for my bathroom remodel. I found a gorgeous vanity at Bath vanity experts and ordered it. I had plenty of time for it to be delivered for my contractor. The company they used for delivery was rude and wouldn't let me open the crate while he was still on my property. Buyer BEWARE!!!! Bath Vanity Experts (BVE) may have a large selection and the quality of the products may be good but their customer service is TERRIBLE! This company charged my credit card for over $2,000 on 2/18/12 and have repeatedly lied about shipping a bath vanity. I left a message for the owner using the name and phone number on the company website and he has not returned my call. I recently purchased a vanity from BVE and while there were some issues with the vanity (manufacturing issues) I have to say that BVE stepped up to the plate each time to make sure all the issues were resolved to my satisfaction. We ordered the Molokai double sink vanity. Bryan was wonderful to work with. He was able to price match from a competitor. The vanity came from California all the way to Minnesota in the winter. It was packaged SO well -nothing could possibly have been damaged. The vanity is beautiful. It is sturdy, well-made, and a piece of art/furniture - not just a vanity. I purchased a 48 inch double vanity which is a difficult item to find because the size is so small. I received the vanity in a timely fashion and was impressed by the care taken in packing the item.
