Excellent service and experience. The driver was impeccably dressed, courteous, professional, and efficient. Despite a slight delay at baggage claim, driver remained calm and undisturbed by it. I would like to thank you for the very proud and professionall drivers that you sent to the Long Beach Airport. My In-Laws are well into their 80's and my father-in-law served in the Korean War and for many years has needed a lot of care in getting in and out of cars. And, a lot of patience as he moves around in his walker.
