I couldn't have had a better experience with this dealer. I ordered my used Rolex watch from them not to long ago. When it arrived it was exactly what I expected and wear it everyday with no problems. 95% of their business is watches so they know what their doing and what their talking about. I really think that Melrose Jewelers have the best prices around. I looked online and could not find a Rolex anywhere near their price. I wanted to treat myself to something special so I ordered a Ladies' Presidential. I feel like a million bucks when I am wearing this watch. It was in pristine condition when I received it. I would call Melrose a big shot watches because he gives away the best for all his customers, his products are all masterpieces and if you own it , you are unique in this world, I have owned one and I feel so proud to own it.
