I recently bought an older home that needed major updating. After hearing horror stories of other remodels, I was really pleasantly surprised at how professional and great these guys were. They walked me through the entire process and made the remodel a wonderful experience. I love my new home and credit Mr Fix with making it a fun experience. "I will always use the services of Tal and his Mr. Fix crew, as time and time again, they have been there for me in my time of renovation or condo repair needs. Just recently my condo had an emergency water damage, Tal promised me he would be there in 20 minutes ... he arrived in 15 minutes. Our condo unit was flooded with sewage and the floors and walls needed to be replaced. Tal from Mr. Fix was recommended by our building management and thank heaven we found him. He and his crew worked with the environmental clean up company making sure that everything was pristine. They quickly and efficiently replaced the walls; took out the old contaminated floor tile and retiled; built and installed new lower kitchen cabinets; resurfaced the walls to match the upper walls and stayed within... Our family needed to remove a chimney on the verge of collapse. It goes right through the house which makes it potentially more complicated. Many of the contractors we interviewed quoted us $7,000 to $8,000, and advocated unconventional forms of demolition that would require a lot of cosmetic repair work. So often you hear horror stories when it comes to contractors and home remodel projects. When I was about to remodel my bathroom I was very hesitant and didn't look forward to the project and what I thought would be weeks of inconvenience and dust.
