We ordered two bottles of herbs more than a week ago. We did need it ten days after the order thinking we gave enough time but nothing shipped whole week, still understood they will not ship it. Meantim we sent emails asking about it and always got responses as they will arrive soon. I asked for refund I dont know when and if it will come. I've been buying herbs from Herbs Direct USA for quite awhile now. I love how Herbs Direct USA has good negotiable prices for the herbs that I buy. They have good customer service skills, their shipping is always on point even if it's out of the country, and their products are worth buying.
