Thanks to Shawn Hamidi from Americorp Mortgage Company we were able to obtain financing to purchase our home 3 years ago and since we have refinanced our home twice through them and were able to bring down our mortgage payment substantially. I bought a very tricky short sale house in December with a very specific, had to be met timeline.
