My bathroom just cried for some renovation.. But I just didn’t have any money for that kind of work. I wanted to fix up my old basement in my home. We could use it for storage facilities, or something like that. But it would be useless to just stand there for nothing. So somehow we found Unique, the explained to us the procedure, because the basement was very old and full of moist. I liked their professionalism and we told them to start their work. BEAUTIFUL!!! I wanted to renovate my old holiday home in the peace area around the city that I live in. House is from 80's, so it really needed some remodeling and refurbishment. Guys from Unique are fabulous! They understood all my requirements, although I am not an easy person to work with. I live fast and I love to "have things as soon as possible". Their patience and professionalism and amazing ideas made me fell calm. They've done exterior painting of my house and patio around my swimming pool. I wanted to share the wonderful experience I had with Unique. They are a top notch organization. I had a roof that was leaking and needed to be fixed immediately, and I called and met with five contractors. That was an experience. I am amazed at the fact that homeowners actually hire a company without checking them out and researching. Most of the contractors didnt carry insurance and werent licensed. I had my kitchen remodel done by Unique Home Design and Remodeling. They were wonderful. First they got me the materials at almost 35% of the cost price and the installation was excellent. They finished the job 2 days before they said they would and completely cleaned up all the mess. Ive gotten work done before by other companies rarely do they clean up there mess. In January 2009, I had Unique replace my roof and patio cover. Although the patio job was delayed by a few weeks due to delays on the city planner’s end, the work they did was excellent and the workers were very professional. I called unique because I wanted my kitchen remodeled. They came to my House and gave me a estimate for the project ,they helped me with the design The project took about 3 weeks to complete from start to finish. After about 3 months I had a problem with one of the drawers , I called customer service And they sent somebody to fix it in less than 48 hours. Very happy with the project!!! I was getting 5 bids on stucco and new windows, Unique home design was my 5th bid. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. The reason i went with them is that the contractor knew more about the project then any of the others. i call unique last nov of 2010 to give me estimate for a bathroom remodeling the call center was very professional , after we set an appointment the rep arrive on time and was very knowledgebal abut the project , we diside to go with unique , unique was the 3 rd estimate and the price was very comperibal , we start the job in 1/11 and the job was very smooth and was done after 17 days as promised. Unique Home Design did a great job in repairing our garage roof. The company representative explained the steps taken for the repairs, materials used and the cost in detail. The workers were very competent and hard working. Upon the completion of the job, they cleaned up, leaving no unwanted materials or trash. With the recent heavy rains, the no roof leaks!!! We recently had a new kitchen/bathroom done by "unique" they had done a kitchen for our neighbors here in Pasadena, so when our time had come we also though it would be in our best interest to go with "unique"t their price was similar to two others we had received from other companies. We just wanted to thank "unique" for the fabulous job you did creating our master bathroom. Bob we really appreciate your timeliness and thoroughness on the job. All of the work was done in a quality way and detail work was meticulously completed. This was especially evident in the tile work and it shows in the final result. I was sceptical at first using a contractor that wasn't referred to me by a friend, but i took my chances. They did an amazing job on my kitchen remodel. The contractors were very informative and understanding as to what i wanted done. They took the time to go over my options, as well as give me new ideas. This is one of the many estimates I've had for exterior painting of my home. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the company and the representative they sent out for my estimate. Unique Home Design came out to give me an estimate for a total kitchen remodel. The project manager was very patient and informative. so, i decided to hire Unique to remodel my entire kitchen......OMG, it looks fantastic!!! I hired unique home design to do my kitchen. It was a complete remodeling including plumbing work, electrical work, cabinets, counter top, paint and more. The job from start to finish went very smooth. they made us feel very calm and that were in good hands. they worked every day until the job was done and they worked very clean as well. Unique Home Design & Remodeling was most helpful and gracious. The salesman was very good at relaxing us and helping to pick out the floor covering. He checked in with me every day to be sure everything was going the way I expected it too. The installiers told me each step and cleaned up very well. We entered into a contract with the company to do a bathroom remodel. The work was to begin on May 26, 2010 and end on or before June 26, 2010. The salesman stated the job would take three weeks but no more than four to complete. The work would be done by workers employed by Unique Home Designs exclusively. At the initial consultation they will trot out all of their credentials and tell you how wonderful they are...but when a problem with the workmanship arises they are very hard to get a hold of. They promise they will get back to you and never do. There aren't two people in this company who knows what the other is doing. UNIQUE HOME DESIGN & REMODELING, INC. CAME INTO MY HOME WITH AN ENGLISH SPEAKING REPRESENTITIVE BUT THE LABOR WAS DONE BY NO ONE WHO SPOKE UNBROKEN ENGLISH. Unique is very unique. They do what they promise and there are no unexpected surprises. I had my kitchen and bathroom remodeled. They were there for me every step of the way and the end result is amazing. They helped me pick all of the cabinets, tile, etc. and their design expertise made my home look like a showplace.
