Overall I was very satisfied. To make a long story short, the price was very reasonable, the crews were great both at pick up and delivery. Surprisingly it took them only about 10 days to cross country and deliver my stuff. The drivers put everything in place, they even helped me move an item out of the new place I moved into. I hired SBP Vanlines to move my family to Missouri in the beginning of 2011. Customer service was prompt and all of my questions were answered. I found it difficult to get accurate quotes from other companies, but the rep with SBP Vanlines was very helpful. When I received my belongings, nothing had been damaged or lost. We recently used SBP Van Lines to move out of California and we were pleasantly surprised by the competitive price and good service. The crew that packed us up was quick and careful, they were attentive to our needs and requests, I guess they deserved the tip :) The price was fixed, fair and explained in detail, I expected some changes based on stories I read about moving but it all went very well.
